      2. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
      3. Privacy Policy – this privacy policy.
      4. User – a natural person using the Website who is at least 16 years old, also referred to as “you”, “your”.
      5. Website – website available at http://aperangels.com/ providing information about the Controller, the scope of his business activity, enabling to learn about the Controller’s offer, as well as to establish contact with the Controller and to send messages to the Controller.

    4. When processing your personal data, we aim to protect it to the highest possible level because we know how important it is to you. For this reason, the Controller uses appropriate and latest technical and organizational measures.

The Controller informs you that he has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, in particular including safeguards against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized publication, unauthorized access and other unlawful and unauthorized forms of processing, in accordance with applicable law.
  3. Legal basis and purpose of data processing

      If you send us an e-mail or contact us by phone, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR in order to establish a relationship or answer your questions before entering into a contract, and where a contract has already been entered into, in order to perform it. The second basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. your data is processed in order to bring about the conclusion of a contract or the performance of a concluded contract with your employer or an entity with which you cooperate on another legal basis, as well as we process your data in order to establish or purse possible claims or to defend against such claims, as this is necessary to protect the rights of the Controller.

      In the case of the use of cookies, the legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest in the form of keeping statistics on the Website. The purpose of the processing is to analyse and monitor your activity on the Website. This enables us to improve the structure of the Website.

      If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your personal data in the following scope: name, surname, name of the entity you are associated with, job title, e-mail address, phone number. The provision of this personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to make contact and to answer the questions you have asked. It may also happen that in the course of our cooperation it will be necessary to provide your other personal data, e.g. date of birth, NIP number, PESEL number, fax number, bank account number. However, each time it will depend on you whether you make such data available to us.

      The only information we collect using cookies that does not identify you is the IP address from which you connect.     2. To the extent that the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, you also have the right to data portability.
    3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    4. The foregoing does not affect your rights under statute or other generally applicable law.
  9. Types of cookies used
    1.
